I get the same message, i think because a network scanner was installed.
Now uninstalled network scanner and driver, can you unlock my account : thoandra ?

Could you write your username? I will check, why you may receive this error.

Could you try to enter your username and password 12345 for one time and press check login? What error you receive?
Then I would be able to check, why you may receive this error.

You have usb scanner installed in your computer. Uninstall all usb scanner and drivers or will be blocked again. Now unblocked.

After you unlock my account, the new message is: DC-UNLOCKER DETECTED MONITORING SOFTWARE!... I unninstall my antivirus and firewall, but the message continues... and anyway, I receive again the same message than before: access denied. I don't have installed any mcap software.

You have usb scanner installed in your computer. Uninstall all usb scanner and drivers or will be blocked again. Now unblocked. Next time will be not able to unblock. So, please uninstall it or try on other computer.

Do not use registry monitor when use dc-unlocker or may be blocked again. Now unblock and everything should work.
