Could you try to enter your username and password 12345 and press check login? What error you receive then?
Then I would be able to check, why you receive access denied.

Thank u very much for ur earliest reply but the problem remains.

I updated the software to the newest version and by:

1. using "12345", it appears "Wrong username or password !";
2. using "******", it appears "access denied".

My system is Vista.

Again, thanks a lot.

Could you try unlocking on other computer? Then it should work ok.

I have same problem, first it was "could not connect to server" and now acess denied !

Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would check why it may be so.

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.

could you name any of that blocking scanners? Wincap that is only I know. Any others on Vista Business 32bit?

That would be nice if you notice about such possible unlocking problems before anyone will pay you any money.
Perhaps some online checker or such?
Waiting for your response anxious, what else I would possibly have on my laptop that would block me.

This time it was scanner that uses winpcap driver.
