I am trying to unlock my Huawei UMG1691 moden from T-mobile. Every time I try to use the program to unlock and auto program the moden I get this error

Error code 64 means no password. Username and password you receive after buy credits.
If you had already bought credits, then copy and paste username and password you received and press check login. Then do unlock.
