Problems accessing

Today I have created a new account and I also by credit.
I've received a Username and Password but I cannot access with them to your server.
When I try to recover my password I always receive the same user/password.
What should I do now? I've lost my money?

Uninstall all usb monitorring and network scanning software and try again. Then should work.
