acess denied !

i got "acess denied !" when i tried to check login with user name "voicecom"
ihave tried using 12345 username and password,but i got wrong username or password.
i have used the account before to unlock nokia booklet modem.
i have brought another nokia booklet,so i want to unlock the modem.
i have brought another 15 credit for my account,but i still got "acess denied'
now i have 30 credit in the account.i just need 15 credit for my nokia booklet unlock.i'll be glad if u can refund my last 15 credit purchase and give me acess for my account to unlock my nokia booklet.
