0 credit after my payment

i make another pay for 2 credit again but this time with error and i did't see credit in program i send 15 message but nothing happend

Write all payment information: payment id, username selected, number where you had sent sms to, your number that you sent sms from and other information. Then we would check.

Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.
