Problem-now payments

Hello all on the forum and please the help. I pay 5 Euro via PayPal, because I had bad information on the price of unlocking zte K3565-Z.At present I am in the 5 Euro credit, but that is incomplete.Attached a new attempt to pay another 10 Euro for up to 15 Euro needed, via the existing user to PayPal proves 10 Euro, but at the end of PayPal notify :

If you can not pay by paypal and have a credit card, you can use credit card paying method from our web page. Just instead of selecting paypal, select credit card.

I just paid 15€ by paypal. After I activated my account I tried unlocking my Sierra 8755. First the client returned "Error conntecting to server". Then I restarted and entered my account details again (by copy and paste) and now I get "Acess denied".

Could you please fix this for me?
