My Vygis dongle 000089EB. When unlocking Huawei 8100, I got "Access Denied error 17". I did some unlock before. Please help and my customer is waitting.

Could you try to enter your dongle serial number as username and password 1234 (without dongle connected) and press check login for one time? What error do you receive then?

I found the problem. I installed the client software in 2 PC. One is working and another has proble. Does it mean I only cam install in one PC? How can I do if I want to move the client software from one PC to another? Thank you.

Need to uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (winpcap) driver. Or will be blocked again. Now unblocked and should work.

It is software that uses winpcap driver. It can be wireshark or any other software that scans network.

Uninstal all network scanner software (IP Tools) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

Nothing I did and unlocked it works. Earlier, outside the system did not work. In you there are some problems last for about 3 weeks.
