Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Error 17 means your account or dongle has been blocked on dc-unlocker server due to security reason or breaking rules(network sniffing, usb scanning, debugging, sharing...).

We do not have such username in our system. Forum username is not same as software username. Username for software you will receive after buy credits.
