You have bought as new user Totalelectronis (not Totalelectronics). Username and password should be sent to e-mail you entered when were purchasing credits.

If you have lost or forgotten or did not receive your password, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.
