Refund request

Hi,

Some time ago I tried to unlock my E5830 wifi and the software showed it as unlocked ( I found it was locked when I tried a SIM card abroad ).

Last week I purchased an E585 and it woulf only come up as error 118 - so I took it to a repair shop and had it both my modems unlocked ( I am going abroad again this week ).

Could I please have a refund? My username is mlovecan.

Sorry, refund can not be done. We can do refund only in 2 months after credits purchase. You have bought on July and it is more than 2 months now.

Hi, I was being reasonable by not asking for a refund and waiting to see if the unlock would work on a different modem. It did not and now I would like a refund. I assumed that somebody with your reputation would be reasonable!

There is no problem for us to do the refund. But, please understand that paypal only allow us to refund payment only within 2 months. Later we have no option to refund the payment. That is why we can not refund your payment.
