Dear DC-unlocker,
I bought 7 credits today but my browser was frozen so I refreshed the paypal and pressed continue. When I checked my email, Paypal charged me twice!!! I only need 7 credits at this stage. I tried to process via paypal and got a message from you saying I'm locked. Can you refund me the second transaction and unlock my account?
I tried to email you but there was no reply. I saw you on msn and sent you messages but there was no reply. Please help. my account name "coolshixiang".
