Hi... i have my vygis dongle activated for DC-Unlocker, and i just made a purchase for one credit in your page, but my surprise, when i try to open software say : "Your account is blocked!", when i shearch information about that error i found than i must click in one link in my e-mail and go to live chat, but when i click on that link iīm redirected to this forum, and also in this forum i read than live chat will open in about 11 hours, so, i canīt work this day with my dc-unlocker software than i pay for, and canīt work becouse i just buy one credit., i hope somebody from support can helpme in less time than 11 hours, my dongle id is 0002c07d, my e-mail [email protected] and the payment was made from [email protected]
