Just purchased 4 credits, now the unlocker client gives a wrong user name/PW message

    Just purchased 4 Euro credits under the user ID everalm

    Using the unlocker client I use the "Check login" option, says I have a wrong username or password.

    Caps lock isn't on, it's my correct password can you assist

    Copy username and password from e-mail you had received when bought for first time. Do not rewrite. It is case sensitive.

      I downloaded the unlocker software then seperately purchased the 4 credits under an ID of everalm, then created an account in the forum.

      At no time was I sent a username and password.

      Hope that clarifies my problem

        You have bought as existing user. Then you need to use same username and password you have received after you have bought credits first time.
        If you have lost or forgotten or did not receive your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.

          Doesn't work, tried the email account via the link in the application keeps saying incorrect email.

          Can you reset the password for everalm (at) gmail.com, email me the password and check the 4 credits are available.
