Bought 2 Units, clicked "unblock link", still "Access Denied"

I created account "playful" and bought 2 units.
I clicked the "unblock" link sent by email.
In the sofwtare, I still get "Access Denied".
Would you please do a manual unblock?

Could you write IP address that you are using? Also try to enter your username and password 12345 and press check login. What error do you receive then?

When I put in "12345", I get "wrong username/password".
