Access Denied

Hi, I bought credits yesterday, unblocked paypal and installed the software. But when I try to "check login" I get the Access Denied error.

I see that the solution should be:

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

But I don't know what you mean by network scanner software. Is it the software provided by the phone? And there is also no winpcap in my software list.

Could you try to enter your username and password 12345 and press check login for one time in computer you receive error access denied? What error do you receive then?

WinPcap is used as the network interface by many tools -- both free and commercial including protocol analyzers, network monitors, network intrusion detection systems, sniffers, traffic generators, network testers, etc. Some of these tools, like Wireshark, Nmap, Snort, WinDump, ntop are very well known in the networking community.

The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program has no visible window. The service has no detailed description. The file is not a Windows core file. There is no file information. Program is not active.

Thanks for unblocking me, I am able to log in, without doing any of the things you mentioned.


I kinda know what Winpcap is, I had it on my pc in a previous install, because it was required by another program. And it showed up in the software list of windows.

But at the moment I don't have it, and it was also never installed on this windows install.
