At the moment I get an "Acess is denied" message. I already reset my password. I think my majost87 account has been locked due an installed wireshark network monitoring tool. I have uninstalled it. Could you please unlock me? thanks in advance.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
