I just bought 4 credits on behalf of unlocking Huawei E1750.

Nevertheless DC-Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0575 responds each time: "access denied ! (error code 17)".

What is to do?

Could you try to enter your username and password 12345 and press check login for one time? What error do you receive?

Then it is not server block problem. Something is wrong from your side.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer

Entering the password "12345", I now receive the message "Wrong username or password !"

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
