    Hi I have the same problem while unlocking the Idea net setter.
    I don't know how to rectify it. If u get any idea about it please inform me too.

      Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would check, why you may receive it.

            Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
