Wrong username or password and Error connecting to server

Hi,

I've been trying for the past 24 hrs to use the dc unlocker to unlock my E1750 modem but in vain. every time I enter my username and password - at time i get the error "Wrong username or password !" and at time "Error connecting to server !".
