unlucking problem

i cant unluck my modem after getting my username and password.
it was complaining of username and password error.
and i tried to log in to confirm if my username and password is ok and it was ok.
wrong username and password that is the message complaining.

Did you buy credits? Forum username and software are not same.
To receive username for software you need to buy credits.
