new dongle user,access denied

i have bought a dongle,but it doesn't work for me
and my friend have the same problem too,but after reinstalled windows,it works again,so.....i don't know why,and help me please

Do not use usb sharring software at same time when use dc-unlocker. Or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and everything should be ok.
