Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

I have a problem with accessing to the service. Please, let me know what should I do. My Dongle ID is 1D8903E5.

Few days ago I was trying to unlock some different aircards I always got that message:
access denied !
(error code 17)

Same story today. Please, need assistance.

USB sharring is not allowed. Do not use usb sharring software at same
time when use dc-unlocker.
Now have unblocked and everything should be ok. But if you will use it
again, will be blocked again, probably will not be able to unblock
next time.
