Hi, I just paid for some credits, and used the exact same password that was provided to me to log in to the server but it says access denied!

Please help rectify the problem ASAP, thanks. My username is nclsy.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
