I also have an access denied message after inputting username (petegrennan).

I'm sorry but I do not understand your replies to other users - what is this Network scanner software I'm supposed to disable or delete??

Perhaps you could say what the steps are to achieving this? I think it's just getting lost in the translation somewhere

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again
