What do you mean? Account still blocked or device that you unlock was not unlocked? What problem?

5 day ago i bought 6 credits . Then I got a message that my account blocked. Why did this happen? My dongle number is 09730CC9

Account was blocked because payment for credits was reversed.
Now I see that reverse was canceled and have unblcoked the account. Now should be all ok.
