    Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would check, why you may receive this error.

      I never created login only on their website, since I bought the tool has never let me put username and password

        Try to disconnect your dongle, enter your dongle serial number as username and password 12345 and press cehck login for one time. What error do you receive then?
