Disconnect your dongle. Enter dongle serial number as unsername and password 12345 and press check login for one time. What error do you receive then?

You have a port scanner software (sermon.sys) and other scanners in your computer. Do not use it when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and should be ok.
