can't buy credits: payments refunded

every time I try to buy credits Paypal instantly refunds my payment. This is a Paypal account that I've had for years and works for everything else.

I've got a username and password, just can't buy credits.

DC-unlocker seems to NOT want my money..........

what should I do?

I got my paypal account verified, charge 17 euros to my DC unlocker username, but still the server says I have zero credit!!!!!


how long does it take to get credited???

is there anything else I need to do?

Your payment is refunded, because you used unverified paypal account. For security reasons our system automatically refunds payment from unverified paypal accounts. You need to contact paypal and verify your account. Then our system will not refund your payment.

I also got a refund and I first thought it was a nice gesture. I mentioned in the Forum that my Huawei 8150 is locked to Virgin Australia and you replied that DC-Unlocker is not yet ready to unlock that particular case. I thought you refunded manually, knowing DC-unlocker won't be able to unlock my phone. Was this indeed the case, or did I get an automatic refund ? Either way, my goal is still to get the phone unlocked.

I have to find out how to contact PayPal about getting "verified". I used it recently to pay at other websites without any issues. Alternatively, I can pay you by credit card, but that does seem to work (redirects me to money book orders). On the payment login, I tried to use the same User Id "O-Limpy" as in the Forum.

I can wait until DC-Unlocker finds a way to unlock Huawei 8150 for Virgin Australia. But it may be worth clarifying payments in advance.

Yes, your payment is refunded becasue unverified paypal account was used.
