Yes, this device is supported.
You do not need dongle to unlock it. You can only unlock by credits.
Unlock needs 7 credits. 7 credits cost 7 euros.

If want to unlock several, then better to buy dc-unlocker dongle.
Unlimited only if have dongle. If do not have, tehn pay for each unlocked device.
