Do not use jtag when use dc-unlocker, or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

I have no J-tag. I do not use JTAG or similar tool

Could you enter your dongle serial number as username and password 123456 and press check login for one time. What error do you receive?
Dongle should be disconnected at that time.

Now should be ok. Yes, there was jtag or jtag device used. Server has detected it.
Now have unblocked, but you should avoid using it same time when use dc-unlocker in future.
