i have DC dongle
before i unlocked all E1550 Kyivstar wythout problem
but this one i cant unlock

Dc-unlocker software does not see your dongle, thats why it ask for username.
Be sure dongle is connected at unlock time.
Connect dc-unlocker dongle, start dc-unlocker and press check login. Then do unlock.
Also, can try other usb port.
