Hello, yesterday my account was valid and showing my credits. now each time i try to connect to server it says: access denied !

when i read the forum i noticed that u asked to remove winpcap and it was really installed on my pc. now i have uninstall it.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Hi Vincentas it appears that my account has been blocked. I have now uninstalled winpcap from my computer, so could you please now unblock my account so that i can continue to use the software. my username is hectorgraham. thank you for your help.

Have unblocked you. If you have removed winpcap, then it should be ok now.
