Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would check, why you may receive this error.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

thks Vincentas, i have search in control painel and i have see winpcap installed and i have uninstall so now do i need to remove something else or now is ok....
