No credits after paid for 11

I am trying to unlock my new Huawei IDEOS U8150 that is locked to Virgin Mobile Australia.

Have installed your latest software dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0659.

Initialy I bought 1 credit as I did not know how much to pay. Then discovered I need 10 credits to unlock the phone. Received email confirmation of such from you. I used Paypal.

Now user micbix has credits "

When I use the software it finds the phone. recognises my user name and password. But says I have 0 credit?
