I have activation in rocker dongle but soft need user and password

I have activated my rocker dongle as dc-unlocker but when try to unlock huwaei phone soft ask me for user and password

Rocker dongle SN : EC51-4B35-BED4-DB7E

When you use dongle (dc-unlocker, vygis, or rocker), you do not need username and password. Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker press check login and work.

Be sure dongle is connected before you start software.
Be sure you have closed dongle (Rocker) software at time when you use it with dc-unlocker.
Check, if dongle drivers are installed.
Disconnect all other boxes and dongles when start dc-unlocker.
