box serial number not show on dc client

hi am new here and vygis dongle
i bought new vygis dongle all ok mean it workes on lg but when i run dc client it open but not show serial number i paid full activation also.itell me plz what i have to do.

Problem may be that dc-unlocker software does not see your dongle
Check, if no other software is using same same dongle.
Check, if Vygis software is closed at time when use dc-unlocker.
Disconnect all other unlock boxes and dongle. Then try to use vygis with dc-unlocker.

i check it another new pc not show

when i disconnect dongle dc client also off
ma try with 2 vista pc and 1 xp sp3
i dont know what is the problem
