I have installed the DC-unlocker client 2 1.00.0664 , buy 15 credits and create an account to unlock my novatel mifi2372 . But when ever I try unlock my unit, the DC- unlocker give me this error message "Wrong username or password !" , please help me to unlock my unit, tjks.

Copy paste username and password to software from e-mail you have received after credits purchase and press check login. Do not rewrite it. It is case sensitive.

Also, If you have lost or forgotten or did not receive your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.
