I tried using the remind password tool but it gives me an "Incorrect user e-mail" error when I type in the e-mail I put credits on, [email protected], which I have received receipts and other e-mails at.

If you have lost or forgotten or have not received your password, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.

Also, try to check in spam. Maybe e-mail went there.
