Access Denied Code 17

HI,
I have used dc unlocker before on my now smashed laptop with success
I downloaded ths software on my desktop and bought more credits and now
I get access denied (error code 17) when trying to unlock and access denied when checking login
I've looked on the forums for a self help solution and can't find one the only other infomation i can offer you is I dont have jtag (what ever that is) or a network scanner unless they are built in to windows vista ?????
my user name is miccor
I have 15 credits
and I am trying to unlock a ZTE MF627

Hello same thing is happening to me, I have 23 credits left but im getting Access Denied Code 17, i was searching info about and i look in pc there are not any network scanner software and so..

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked you and you should be able to connect with username and password you have received after credits purchase.

Could you try to enter your dongle serial number as username and 123456 and press check login for one time? What error do you receive?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

Hello sir, i have not any JTAG, i just have Infinitybox, Setoolbox, JAF, ATF, MXkey, UFSHWK, SmartClip, Z3Xbox, Octopus and HXC Dongle and i dont know if one of them can interfering with DC Unlocker Dongle, but anyway i will care and wont use DC Unlocker at same time with other tool, and thank you very very much for unblock my dongle, i finally could make the job..

Sir my account have been blocked again with the same "code 17 Acces denied", i dont use any JTAG never used winpcap neither the npfs.sys, i looked all over my hard disk even the registry i cant think i hav any network scanner/sniffer installed on this pc only program i can think that use network in this pc installed is a vnc server if thats the case then i ll uninstall it but hav to be sure cause having the account blocked often difficults working with this tool please look at this issue and unblock my account again please

Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.
Other boxes (like riff) may cause this. so please do not use them at same time as dc-unlocker. Or use fresh computer.

Dear Mr. Vincentas I really dont know why each time that i need to use DC Unlocker i ever be blocked, I searched very well net scanners, sniffers, or other thing like that in my PC and I found not nothing, I never had J-Tag or else like that, I just have that I said here in other post but my dongle is bloqued (access denied error code 17) again and again, I really want to work in peace, and if you dont know what exactly thing is causing that then I promese you that I will buy another PC only and axclusively to work just with DC Unlocker and no more else but please unblocke my dongle and give me an answer..
