FIRST ERROR CODE 62, NOW Access DENIED

Hello,

May you please tell me what to do.
I have some modems to unlock:
Serial Number of Vygis BOX is: 00013F25
I instaled new version of DCUnlocker
First it was showing me that I have some monitoring software on comupter and asking me to delete it.
I was deleting some CAIN and Wireless capture data softwqare, but now I can not connect to DC to unlock some modems?

May anybody help ?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
