Hi I got access denied after first getting the "dc-unlocker detected monitoring software" msg two times. I'm not aware of any monitoring software on my computer, so this really pussles me. Could you please explain more in detail what kinds of software will cause this error and unblock me.

I want to unlock a ZTE MF102 if that matters

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

WinPcap is used as the network interface by many tools -- both free and commercial including protocol analyzers, network monitors, network intrusion detection systems, sniffers, traffic generators, network testers, etc. Some of these tools, like Wireshark, Nmap, Snort, WinDump, ntop are very well known in the networking community.
The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program has no visible window. The service has no detailed description. The file is not a Windows core file. There is no file information. Program is not active.

We do not know what software you are using, so try to find it yourself

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.
