Never received password

Ordered credits last night, still no password. I received two emails requesting to unlock my account, clicked on links and said it was unlocked, but still no email with password. Tried to use the forgot password link in dc-unlocker client, takes me to page with two broken buttons, clicked on both but nothing seems to happen. They just take me to this page: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/lost_password/0

Did you try to check in spam? Sometimes e-mail may go there.

Yes, checked spam folder, thats where i found the unblock emails. Weird though because i got two unblock emails but no password. Today when i got an email from this forum about the reply it sent me two emails for the same reply as well.
