I'm a newbie with Dc-Unlocker. Just install the software yesterday and today i try to unlock a huawei um840 and see the following error.

Error code 17

Do not use jtag when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to use dc-unlocker.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

sorry but i donīt have any network scanner or Jtag. I use dc-unlocker, vigys, infinity box, mxbox, mssbox, nspro, setool,hwk+ufs, in the same machine could be my problem? please i need my dc-unlocker unblocked again.

Please do not use other boxes and its software when using DC-Unlocker. Or use fresh computer. Now you should be able to connect.
