    Error Connecting to Server

    Hi, I have tested it at home, and after entering, the system says I do not have enough credit (2 are needed for the E353). Then I noticed that you say only verified accounts are supported, and that credits would be refunded.

    Up to now they are not refunded, which is no problem really as I would like to continue with the unlocking.

    Why is it that only verified accounts are taken into consideration? Banks these days no longer send paper bills to homes... and what is the good of verification on such a small amount.,.. after all, you did get the money, which is not supposed to be a problem...

    Hello. 2 credits needed to unlock E353 is only for dongle users. For simple users it costs 7 credits.

    We do accept some people from some countries with unverified accounts, but mostly we dont.
    We do not accept payment from unverified paypal accounts to avoid charge-backs and fake payments.

      Ok, so I need to add 5 credits (yes?) it's not so clear after all ....

      Will I be able to unlock this dongle after I add the 5 credits? It is so difficult to get paper confirmation from banks these days. :-(

      I really wish to use this E353....

        Yes, you need additional 5 credits to unlock this modem.
        Yes, you will be able to unlock this modem after you have 7 credits.
