This happened because you had non-activated dongle. Non activated dongles always consume 15 credits.

That is a bad action, you dont public in any place that non-activated dongle consume 15, you publish that with activation consume 10 here http://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices, I think you can recapacitate and refund credits.

Sorry, no refund possible. Credits were spent. You should have seen after first unlock done that unlock using not activated dongle needs 15 credits.

This was my firts unlock with credits and my dongle and the last one(I dont know the credits consumption before unlock with non-activated dongle because you dont public that, you only public what you want), I have here another huawei and of course, will unlock by unlock code, not with a team that consume my credits without my concern.
