I had the same problem. I pressed cancel on message,and when i tried to unlock the credits weren't there anymore. I added 10 more,but when i logged in with the software my credit counter was still 0. My username : emyjojo. Please help!

Hello. You got message about monitoring software because our server detected npf.sys driver in your computer. You have to uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
You have no credits because your payment was refunded because of unverified PayPal account. We accept payments only from verified accounts.
