access denied! message with user danielulfe ... please unlock

I have message "access denied"...I uninstall WinPCap and message persist. I guess my account is blocked.
Is necesary to uninstall Wireshark also or only unistall WinpCAP is enough?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Need to remove wireshark also, because it uses winpcap.
