Vygis dongle activation error s/n not found

just wanna ask how to solve this problem...

badly needed to activate my vygis dongle to use dc unlocker soft...

it shows "sn not found"....

Hello. Does this problem appears when trying to check login into software? Or when trying to buy activation in our website?
If the problem is about website, please do this: Connect your dongle, launch DC-Unlocker software, go to server tab, press "Check login". After this you should be able to buy activation.

it's a problem i encounter at your website...

when i try to hit "check login" the software says "no username !"...

Make sure you use our latest client software.
You should try to connect to other USB port, also reinstall Vygis drivers, turn off other software that is using Vygis.
