Access denied

I just purchased credits but when I try to unlock via your software (latest) i get Access denied error. I dont hawe network scanner instaled.

Please unlock my account

Hello. Here is no block on username "bokic". Can you please write "bokic" as a username and "123456" as a password and try to log in? What error do you get then?
